Technician

Tasks

Preparation and operation of the technical tools and equipment used during surgical procedures.
Hospitalization, accompaniment, administration
Disinfection and sterilization tasks in accordance with hygiene regulations
Management of hazardous waste
Operator cleaning

Operating room assistant

Tasks

He is responsible for the sterility of the perioperative process
Responsible for the cleanliness and orderliness of the operating room
He/She observes the order of the operating room and maintains it
For the availability of sterile surgical packs and for checking their expiration date
The continuous maintenance, monitoring and execution of sterility
Organizing the required periodic maintenance of sterilizers – sterilizing equipment
He assists with the surgeries, helps in every way he can, fulfilling the medical requests and expectations.
He maintains contact with ANTSZ and keeps track of the dates of the sampling.
It keeps the surgical instruments in the operating room clean, disinfects them, and protects them.
He maintains contact with the service companies
The onboarding rules are ready for the day
He/She takes care of the updates of the tools used for disinfection
If necessary, he/she arranges for the ordering of pre-operative products in the operating room.
He maintains constant contact with the hygienist
He sometimes also helps clean the operating room.

Patient coordinator

Tasks

Performing reception duties: welcoming patients, handling phone calls, data entry, cash register operations
Scheduling appointments with patients, handling telephone and email inquiries
Collaboration with doctors and colleagues
Organizing surgical appointments
Administrative tasks, such as preparing instalment payment contracts and writing surgical agreements
